Peter Kay Announces Two Dublin Dates For UK Tour

Peter Kay

Bolton’s most famous comedian Peter Kay has announced two Dublin dates as part of his brand new UK tour. He’ll play the 3 Arena on Friday 1st February and Saturday 2nd February 2019. Tickets are likely to be in high demand so you can also take a trip up north to catch him in Belfast’s SSE Arena on Sunday 13th January and Monday 14th January.

It’s Kay’s first live tour in 8 years since his last one in 2010 which still officially ranks with the Guinness Book of World Records as the biggest selling comedy tour of all time where he played to over 1.2 million people.

According to his official website Peter explained his reasons for going back on the road;

“I really miss it. I know how lucky I am to be making television series and have really loved these past few years working on Car Share but I miss doing stand-up. As terrifying as it is, when it works there’s nothing more fun and exciting. Plus, a lot has happened in the last eight years, with Trump, Twitter and my Nan getting her front bush trimmed at the age of 96. I can’t wait to get back up on stage.”

Tickets go on sale this Sunday 19th November at 10am from Ticketmaster.
