Almeida wrote on Instagram that the class is “free to any levels” and also for any women from other gyms who want to “supplement their training, I’ll be happy to coach you!”

Kavanagh explained his decision for the introduction of the free class within the post saying, “In light of recent, horrific attack in Dublin, by a deranged individual, we feel the need to do something to give women a fighting chance.”
